It took me about 40 minutes this morning. By the time I left, the line was down significantly, so you're probably safe as long as you aren't in the before work/after work rush. Interestingly enough, there are two wards in my polling location. The other ward had two sets of volunteers, so they could split the book in half, and so their line moved much faster. Our ward had just two very elderly women who are very dedicated, but also very slow. Is there no way to create a merit system for poll workers, where the very elderly could be retired from service in favor for some younger workers?
I even saw a camera man from Fox 6 there, shooting some B Roll. You might see me on the morning news waiting patiently.
