Except for the judge apparently:

A Houston judge sided with a woman who wanted to annul her marriage and divorce after finding out her ex-husband was actually a woman.

Jennifer Jack's Attorney London O'Dowd also told the judge Wednesday Jack wants to revoke ex-husband Andrew Mireles' right to see the two kids they raised together during their 7-year marriage. Jack, who claims Mireles never told her he actually was born as Phyllis Ann Mireles, has said she doesn't want her children being raised in a lie.

Jack said she and Mireles met when she was only 16 and was too naive to question Mireles' strange behavior in the bedroom. And one of children was fathered by another man before the marriage and the other conceived by artificial insemination, she said.

But it was after their divorce when she was skimming through a yearbook that she noticed a photo of Mireles as a female. Mireles, who still is physically a woman, has said he thought Jack figured it out years ago and didn't care.

How can you not tell?!  Who knows... maybe Houston's high school sex education and biology programs are really behind the times.  Though I suppose the marriage had to be annulled since now it was technically homosexual, and we can't have that standing on the books.
