What does it say about where we are, that when a bomb goes off outside a military facility, we find it more likely that the perpetrators are Americans, rather than terrorists?

Actually... I've decided that this cannot and should not be called terrorism. What ELF did in Washington? Also not terrorism. The word is too dangerous, and I refuse to use it when applied to domestic acts of violence by citizens of the United States.
