Monday Music - 90's Edition

Here is a great one from Seven Mary Three to start off your work week:

Bragging rights to anyone who can name the television show that is referenced by the band's name.  Bonus points to anyone who can name the character that is referenced.  Please, no Googling.

Winner:  Fraley correctly identified "CHiPs" as the television show, but I can't give him credit for the character.

I didn't play the video, but wasn't Seven Mary Three one of the call signs for the patrol officers on CHIPS? Not sure if it was John or Ponch, but I believe they were Seven Mary Three and Seven Mary Four.
