The National Taxpayer's Union released their report this week on the cost of the proposed policies of all the Presidential candidates. Of all the remaining candidates in the race, only one has proposed a net decrease in government spending. Who is that candidate? Ron Paul, whose policies would amount to a decrease of $150.1 billion.
