I could not agree more.

I wonder which Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) he was on? The list of mass shooters on SSRI's (prozac, lovox, effexor, ect.) is disturbingly long and disturbingly uniform.

But, is it because the person was nuts and thus put on an SSRI. Or is it as the clinical trials found and package insert states SSRI amplifies thoughts of suicide and/or aggressive homicide.

They amplify those feelings. I've known many people who were having some problems in life, who were put on the drugs, experienced a slight change for the better, and then went drastically downhill when the initial effects wore off. It's the same story most of the time.

Most of the time these "cures" are only a band-aid for the real problems, which are usually fixable with good counseling. Of course, when there's a shortage of good counseling, you're pretty much screwed.
