Given the fact that every governor in Wisconsin has enjoyed the overuse of the Frankenstein Veto, I propose that every budget from now on should be delayed until October, just so that the Franken-Veto can be used so close to Halloween. It seems so appropriate. Better yet... pass an amendment curtailing it's use once and for all.
