For those of you wondering, some good news from my sister about the fire closest to her.  The evacuation order on our friends was lifted, and they were able to go back home.  Four homes in their area were lost, but there's was fine.  The Ranch Fire is about 70% contained as of this morning, thanks to incredible efforts by the fire fighters and constant water drops by hellicopters and airplanes.  The line closest to her (currently between Piru and Filmore) is holding, and not coming any closer.  Here are some pictures from her deck that she sent me:
