This is just asinine:
Dawn Herb faces up to three months in jail and a $300 fine if she's convicted of using foul language inside her Scranton, Pa., residence."The toilet was overflowing and leaking down into the kitchen and I was yelling (for my daughter) to get the mop," she said, according to The Times-Tribune. "A guy is yelling, 'Shut the [expletive] up,' and I yelled back, 'Mind your own business.'"Her next-door neighbor, an off-duty cop, eventually called police. Herb was charged with disorderly conduct.
Arrested for swearing in your own home? What's next... does that off duty cop want to come arrest me for swearing on my own blog? If you can't even swear in your home, where can you swear? Sounds like it was just a cop on a power trip.
