One Person, Many Votes

What would you say if I told you that in Texas, not only is it common for one person to vote multiple times for other people despite it being against the rules, but that it's actually encouraged, and that lawmakers know about it and don't do anything about it?  Would you be surprised?  Here is the proof:

So you're ready to help push for the Legislature itself to follow the statutes on Open Records and Open Meetings that they've placed on the yoke of the rest of the State's elected?

I can't defend my home state on this one. Ridiculous. Maybe if representatives were forced to spend all their time listening to and voting on their own stupid legislation then there would be less of it. Less rules and gubernment would be a good thing.
