I happened to catch a special on the Food Network, which featured Bon Appetit's Picks for the best restaurants in different categories. Their choice for best tacos was a place called Taco Taco Cafe in San Antonio Texas. The owner of the restaurant is an immigrant... from Greece. That's right, the best Mexican food in America is made by a Greek immigrant. How cool is that?
