On a Roll

Megan McArdle has a new blog home at The Atlantic, and has been on a roll... lately talking about the downsides of single payer health care.  Just start at the top and keep reading.  I'll give you a small sampling:

Would it be morally okay to force everyone to adopt some belief about the existance of God, or Salma Hayek, because millions of Americans have found it very satisfying to do so?

If believing in Selma Hayek is wrong, then I don't wanna be right.
