A Global War on Terrorism vanity plate? This seems like just an another cheesy way for a state to "raise funds", and taking advantage of something that shouldn't be taken advantage of to do it. Had vanity plates been in existence in the 1940's, do you really think anyone would've thought a WWII plate was appropriate? And before someone brings up veteran's plates... that's different. Those are specific for veterans, and actually show service. A GWOT plate has no such requirements. Though to be honest, I think all vanity plates are inappropriate for governments to issue.
