Grrr...

For those who are having issues leaving comments with HTML in it... I know there is still an issue and am looking into it.  Until I have it resolved, I've disabled that feature all together to avoid confusion.

Update:  I think I've really figured it out now... and it should be working again.  Feel free to try to include HTML in the comments if you so please.  And let me know if you still have issues.

Hey... I'm just disabling the feature util I fix it, so that people don't think they can do it, only to have it give them an error when they try.

Microsoft would let you keep the feature, error every time, and then tell you that's how it is supposed to work.
