I went out and got some new running shoes today... fresh pair for a fresh year.  I get the same type every time, so suffice it to say I was worried when I tried on this year's incarnation of Air Motto's and felt a funny bump under the ball of my foot.  Luckily, a little work at the insole straightened that right out.  I did not want to have to experiment with a new brand.
