Tonight I'll be upgrading to the latest version of DasBlog, and rolling out some template changes at the same time.  I apologize in advance for any downtime that may occur.  It'll be worth it, I promise.

Update:  Things are moving along... just have to work out one or two small issues...

Update II:  So I have one trouble ticket open with my host for a directory rights issue.  But other than that, it's all done.  Some of the more notable features included in the new version of The World According to Nick:

• Akismet support for catching spam.  So no more CAPTCHA, and trackbacks are turned back on.
• Limited HTML support in the comments (by popular request).
• No more writing out emails anywhere.  You can feel free to put in your real email address when you comment, and it won't get displayed anywhere publicly (sorry Wendy).
• Multiple contributor support... in case I ever decide to let someone guest blog in the future.
• Many performance improvements.
• Lots of changes to my template also.  You can see the latest posts I've made to The Coding Monkey and Blog Critics on the left, as well as the latest comments that have been added.  I've also stopped using del.icio.us for my blogroll, and am using DasBlog's blogroll functionality instead to make loading faster.
