I've said it before and I'll say it again. I don't want to pay more for worse coverage, simply to raise the average. So I'm sorry Jim, but your arrows simply don't hurt:
If - in your heart - you believe no child, no worker, no family should go without health coverage ... if you believe the cost of inaction - in lives and dollars - is both immoral and unacceptable ...
As usual, Owen breaks it down very well. I don't agree with all of Owen's points, especially as it relates to insurance, but that's because I work in the industry, and look down on almost any government regulation since I've seen first hand how it most decidedly does more harm than good to people who buy insurance. I think Owen is too easy on Jim.
