<< And Who's Going to Clean Up Next Time? An Interesting Discussion Going On... >>
You And Me Bob

I actually dislike these sorts tests that define political ideology on a straight line liberal/conservative basis, because they discount people like me who are libertarian.  These tests tend to force you to pick an answer which will put you as either a liberal or a conservative, when more than half the time I wanted a third answer.

But for what it's worth, I scored a 34 out of 40, which puts me right next to Bob Dole.  And to be honest, that's not bad company to keep.  He served his country well for many years... and I think he's hillarious.  A lot of people found him boring, but I appreciated his very dry sharp whit.  Plus, there aren't too many people who can run for President one year, and then do Viagra commercials right after that.

I think the bigger problem is that they have Ronald Reagan placed at "100% Conservative." Don't get me wrong, I love the guy to death, but he is by no means "100% Conservative."

He wasn't president that long ago. Can no one correctly place him on a political scale?

Like all things political these days, the conclusion people reach is not based on facts, but rather the point they want to make based on previously conceived notions.

You should know that Jenna.

I must be mellowing in my old age...I came in two points less than Ronald Reagan (38). :)
