The Last President I Never Knew

As you no doubt have heard, Gerald Ford died at the ripe ole age of 93.  He was the only unelected President, and only served two years (though that is far from the shortest time in office).  Among the various other accomplishments and stories related to his presidency which you'll no doubt read about, he was offered a contract to play with the Green Bay Packers, but turned it down to go to Yale Law School.

He was also the last president to serve before I was born.  Rest in Peace.
