If you head on over to the Mt. St. Helens camera page, you can see a plume rising. Even though it's a cheap camera, the white plume over the snowy mountain is very cool looking. Desolate and stark white... almost to the extent of being peaceful... but just the hint of violence latent underneath.
Update: Sadly the steam plume has not stuck around, but you can check out this story at the Washington Post which has a good picture.
