I'm still getting shit from my brother-in-law about how Jeffery Dahmer was from Wisconsin (as if California isn't full of whackos or something)... but now there is this moron.  Not only is he from Wisconsin... but he's from Wauwatosa.  Oh yeah, I went to high school with his half-brother.  Even better yet... he was excited to at being arrested:

A 20-year-old Wauwatosa man facing federal charges for making online threats about an alleged terrorist plot against NFL stadiums was so excited when Wauwatosa police first went to talk to him that they had to tell him to calm down.

According to police reports released this week, Wauwatosa officers were the first to make contact with Jake Brahm, a Wauwatosa East High School dropout, regarding the Internet threat. They approached Brahm at work; he was a clerk at Outpost Natural Foods on State Street.

According to the report, Brahm threw his clipboard to the ground upon seeing officers, got a big smile on his face, threw his arms up in the air and yelled out, "Yes! I can't believe this! How did you guys find me?"
