Let's see... I come to work with only about 250 unread emails to go through.  Not bad really.  I'm sun burned in quite a few places... including my scalp.  My scalp!  Did you know I'm not bald?  What's up with that?  And of course I have the obligatory sore throat from the canned air on the plane.  Ugh.

But now as I troll around the Cheddarsphere... I see that the world has gone to hell while I was gone!  Belle, Casper (though he's blogging an awful lot again for someone who's not blogging), not to mention Truly who will be going through her own changes soon, Aaron procreating (scary huh?)... I leave for 10 days and look what happens!

All of you have nothing to fear from me however... as I'm sticking around.  Or is that something to fear?  Either way, I'm rested and energized, though kinda burned and sore.  I've got some thoughts from my time in California to share, and apparently news didn't stop while I was on vacation, so there is plenty to talk about.
