Suspended for Viewing Something?
This seems a bit strange to me:

A middle school student faces expulsion for allegedly posting graphic threats against a classmate on the popular MySpace.com Web site, and 20 of his classmates were suspended for viewing the posting, school officials said.

I can see expelling the student for writing it. Though even that is not cut and dry. He did it at home, on a personal computer, and posted it to a blog that is not associated with the school. But suspending 20 students who looked at it? Who looked at it? It would seem as if their only transgression here is happening to be regular readers of someone's blog. Did they leave comments which showed agreement? Did they leave threatening comments along the same vein as this guy's blog post? They just looked at it?
