Here is how I imagine this hospital visit went in Britain after a man was visited by his 3 wives after having heart surgery. Suffice it to say, they didn't know about each other.

Woman #1: Honey... How are you feeling?
Man: Umm... I'm doing...
Woman #2: Honey? Who are you calling honey?
Man: Ummm...
Woman #1: My husband! Who are you?
Woman #2: His wife.
Man: Ummm... Denise, this is Jean...
Woman #3: Hold on a second! If they're your wives then who am I?
Man: And this is Lyndsey.... I love you darling.
Women: Who are you talking to now?
Man: I wish I died on the table.
