I recently bought a Creative Zen Touch MP3 Player from Buy.com, and have been impatiently waiting for it. First of all, it took Buy forever to actually ship it out. In fact, it took them so long, that I canceled their order. Of course, when you cancel an order from Buy.com, they tell you that they will get back to you in 1 business day to confirm whether it went through. Well, during that one day it actually shipped. Go figure. What's worse, the second item in my order which I also canceled didn't ship (it was backorded), but their site is showing it as "Requested Cancelation" several days later. I've since ordered that item from a different site and am worried that Buy will eventually ship it anyway when it comes in. How long could it take to actually cancel an item? You guys do know how a computer works don't you? You might be able to guess that I'm not too thrilled with Buy.com either.

So I get the FedEx tracking number for the thing that did ship, and am watching it cross the country impatiently. Friday it got on a delivery truck at the depot in Milwaukee according to their website. I only paid for ground shipping, so they wouldn't deliver it on the weekend, and they had it scheduled to deliver today. Well, today has come and gone and still no package. Now when I go back to FedEx's tracking site, they now say its going to delivered tomorrow. It's been sitting on a truck in Milwaukee since Friday... and I won't get it until Tuesday? Are you kidding me! What kind of slip shot organization is this?! FedEx sucks.
