At the end of every pharmaceutical commercial, they always have a laundry list of side effects and warnings for common bad combinations. The last one for Levitra is "In the rare case an erection lasts longer than four hours, seek emergency medical attention immediately." What would a 911 call sound like for that particular emergency?

Man: Help - I have an erection and I don't know what to do!
911: Sir - most men learn how to handle that as teenagers.
Man: No - you don't understand. I need help!
