Apparently the Kerry Supporters need to learn how politics work... you're supposed to kiss babies, not steal their lollipops:

If you go to the Yahoo Story you can even see the picture of the little girl crying with half a Bush-Cheney Sign. Of course I talked about some folks doing similar stuff earlier. In fact my mom had a Bush-Cheney sign in front of her house during the 2000 election which was torn down twice. This year she has another, but she put it much closer to the house in hopes that it will discourage people from doing it again. Interestingly enough, the Bush-Cheney signs are actually a plastic film type material which I think is much harder to tear (although more expensive). Is that because so many people have been vandalizing them? Folks, if you disagree with someone, put up your own sign, don't tear down someone else's. Your right to swing your arm ends where my nose begins.

Update: Alright... the original story of the poor girl crying because her sign got ripped is probably a setup. Instapundit has been tracking this one from the beginning. A friend of mine at work came over and talked to me about some of the things he's heard too. This guy apparently enjoys going to opponents rallies and either provoking people into doing shit, or possibly sets it up. You've got to be kidding me, let's talk high road here folks. You're really going to use your kid like that? If you want to go to an opponents rally and protest - that is your right. But there is a line that can very quickly be crossed when you try to be so loud exercising your freedom of speech, that you stop someone else from exercising theirs. Your arm... my nose. It works both ways.
